Its a very nice track and Deon does a great job. If you have never been there it would be worth the drive.

We go where the tracks are. There are no tracks south of Macon or west of VRP so what do you do????

You build it they will come. Although thats easier said than done.

This is my opinion and in no way represents the GCS. To be considered for a GCS race the facility needs to be able to handle the amount of racers in all aspects. Food, scoring, parking, etc. There are some tracks that just cannot handle 100+ racers, especially for the first time.

I do agree that it needs to truly be a "GEORGIA" championship series, but that doesn't mean that every track needs to host an event. North, mid, and South regions need to be represented. like I said this is just my opinion.

Actually, no one responded to what I was thinking. What does it mean to be NORTH because isn't Pine-land mid-south and Savannah is south too? What was meant by your comment?

We reduced the number of races to cut down the obligation that a dedicated GCS racer would have to have. At first were hesitant to go to Dalton RC and Battlefield RC. But Battlefield seems to get a lot of high remarks from several people. So we will see !

I love the tracks

Going north and traveling can be a pain but the atmosphere JP and Travis and all the races have is just great

I think we do need more tracks in South-Southeast Georgia but I doubt it's going to happen, guess we'll just have to deal with what we have and JP and Travis are great at doing that

Thanks for the kind words Mlb. Thats the reason we do what we do...its for the racers. I live in Macon and I would love to be able to race ten mins down the road but there are no tracks. We understand not everyone can travel that is why we have drop dates. I will make a suggestion, if you can only make one race this year, make it the finals because we will have lots to give away and it will be a good show I promise!!!!
