For some reason the banner that is supposed to be at the top of the page has the folder bar over it.
And the placement is a little off, under the search field. is anyone else having this issue?

Jon what browser are using? If it is IE 8, maybe I need to force the compat option via some HTML trickery I know of. I did view it with 8 here and seemed fine though. Let me know. Thanks for the report.

Is it all the time or some of the time? I ask because I am wondering if the banner server (separate machine) is acting up.

I have only logged in about 5 times , but it has always looked funky
