has anyone ever won a race or come in top 3 in a race with a brushless motor and the NIMH battery? I am just curious is all. thanks Perri Lee:D

im shure some one has . nimh batterys just dont have the run time or the punch of a lipo nimh start strong but every lap they get slower. where a lipo stays the same till it dies

depends what you're running. That combo can get you the speed and torque you need for a 1/10th. No way for a 1/8 truggy or buggy.

I don't think she is lacking speed, so if that's what she currently has, its enough for her.

Lipo is what you want going forward.
