Me...:raceme:

I am getting a Hot Bodies D8 e buggy in about 4 weeks. To start running after PNB. Along with nitro if said event runs both.

the VE8 is a cool buggy. I got an OG Caster Fusion, been ran once. I ran a 2.0-E at rc pro series, wasnt mine though.

I have a Tekno Hot Bodies D8. The VE8 is a nice car. They just did a redesign on the chassis to make it stronger.

I think we will see a lot of E-buggies at the tracks this season. E-truggies is moving up also.

Your right Jarvis - There will be more electric on the tracks this season.
That OG Caster is still a nice buggy.

Has anyone taken a look at the Ishima e1.0r

You will probably like the DB8. Seems to be planted more due to the weight.

I ran a Losi 2.0E end of last season and then swapped to the MBX6-E last race of the season. Also swapped from Losi 8T 2.0E to the MBX6-T-E as well.

Did you run the Toys for Tots Race? I think I met your buddy Scott running the Inferno...

I really liked the Ve8/HPI

E-conversion for the DNX408...Woah! That will be something to see.

The Ishima Racing E1.0s platform has some really cool integrated design features. Not to mention the central motor mount and mech brakes. You can see the quick lock system on the battery tie-down. We just have not seen these here in the USA.

The Ishima Racing E1.0 looks awesome and I have seen it before, but just didn't see any pricing, no details on the car on who will carry them....no videos..etc. I would love to see one running to see how it does. The RTR E model though is a no-no. That system is nothing more then a HW EZrun80 and they are garbage. Definitely want the roller.

I hate we couldn't race either. I know we have some major stuff to talk about at the next club meeting since the track (land) owner is coming.

Jose, I have to have at least one nitro rc. I already have the conversion for the truggy if I want to race electric, but the class hasn't caught on like the e-buggies. I plan to travel a lot more this season, and I know there will always be a class for a nitro rc (Until everything has to go green).

My first go around with nitro rc didn't go to well, but I learned from my mistakes.

I bet the balance on that car will be good. I actually like the Caster and the Hong Nor electric buggies. If I was to go direct drive, I more than likely would get the Hong Nor, but I like having a brake servo and the electric clutch is cool. No where near the maintenance of a nitro clutch.

did you see sign ups for the pnb3? That will probably be the most electric 1/8 in one spot that I have witnessed yet.

Dually noted on the green hobbywing elecs.

Uncovered photos nice! Lets see what hongnor brings this year. More dedicated less conversion.

2shay I hope you guys have a showing so you can get your race on! I am sure as the race date closes in you will see more folks on the boards.
