I'll be posting a animated version of track layout #1 in a few hours. We will post layout # 2 next week and then shortly after we will have both layouts along with a running poll on our website. The racers will decided one of the two layouts!

Is pitlane on the same side as it was at the SIC?

everything will be on the opposite side away from the clutter of the gates and at the main entrance and pitting..

Should be a hell of a run up for the table top after the front straight :D
I thought we had to go to south america to run counter clockwise. lol

Good plan, you know I don't know anything about track layouts, but the pitting at the SIC was hard for us old fat boys.

From working the camera angle at SIC race I can tell you there will be a mid day glare across the track looking South from a North side drivers stand. Also the big jump in front of the drivers stand was dangerous to the pit crews.

i think 2nd one is pretty sweet
