View Full Version : Preparing for PNB
In preparation for PNB, can you guys who have experience with either or both of the previous years of this race give some tips on what a racer should stock up on, what type of tires would be a good choice for the event, etc etc?

Well last year I seen a lot of aka city blocks, jc goose bumps, losi eclipse, and new to the seen and performed very well were the VP-Pro turbo trax and cut offs. It really depends, whether they change the surface or leave it the same as it was. Some spots were loose when dusty but when it was blown off it hooked up.

I used VP-pro turbo trax for Truggy they were good, and bow-ties for buggy work awesome. Oh, get some sleep, that is the hardest thing to find out there.

spares of every part on the vehicle are a good idea, if you get kicked a little right at a dump, or come up short, or any other problem, a bad landing with the size of these jumps can do some damage. I luckily didnt break a single part, other than a wheel.
Sleep might be overrated. I honestly slept maybe 4 hours the whole weekend, and we go there when practice started the first day. I was also sick though, and had no voice at all, so if you talked to a guy that got real close and whispered loud, it was me, lol, sorry
