Is it ok to camp at the track? Is there a way to get down near the track other than taking the driveway. I can't remember how steep the incline is.

I know they have power there but it's pretty much located to right around the oval track.

Camping is allowed in front on the two acreas along the roadway.
Powers is only available around the hobby shop. There are 80 outlet there.

Added a washboard section, "S" Section before stepup. Removed table top on back and add some small jumps on one side of the wave around.

Yep, Shelby County. Sorry! I ran my Strike at the PNB, I watched you go by a couple of times before you burnt up the motor! I've had a motor burn up at Joe's on my SC10 but I'll be running it there (the SC10). As long as he doesn't make us have a 20 min main, maybe it will be a good race! It's a pretty good CORR class track.

LA, sorry to keep bothering you about this, I just don't want to cause any problems with pitting. I will be staying in my trailer from Thurs. night till Sun. Do I need to park in the "camping, trailers" area or can I drop my trailer in the "trailer" area and stay there, and just park my truck in the other section. Thanks,

If you are going to be running a genarator at night any where left of the drive when you turn in. If you are not running the generator at night anywhere is fine.

Man what a great weekend of racing. Friday was overcast and we had a rain shower come in for about 55min. 10 minutes after the rain stoped we swept two water puddles off and we were back practicing. Saturday we had a great day of qualifying with tq changing just about every round. Today was awesome! The track grooved up very well and provided some great close racing. In most of the A-mains it ended with a battle that came down to the line. We would like to thank everyone that came out and raced hope to see everyone at the money race we have coming up...

Hey man this is elliott. Pro buggy was great. Aaron Craker took the win followed by Justin Cranford and Mark Marrow. I raced pro and finished 5th. Man at the end the track was supper grooved. Dad got a picture that he will prob post tonight where you can see the groove after the race.

The track was hooked up, but very abrasive in spots. Everyones tires were nearly bald after the 30 minute mains. I was marshalling in the Pro Buggy main, and after about 10 minutes, you could see the tires getting torn up as they went by. I had a good time all weekend, even while it was sprinkling on friday.
I'm still waiting to see some pics from the Saturday night adventures. LOL

Now that I can catch my breath, I would like to thank everyone who came out and supported the RC Pro Mid-South Series Race at LA Thunder. Congratulation to all of the winners! I hope everyone had fun and if you have any ideas how to boost the attendance let me know. We had 42 racers for a total in all classes of 57. Thanks to everyone for the kind words about the track.
Don’t forget the May 22nd $250 to win Buggy, Truggy, and CORR race.
